As raging floods wreaked havoc across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and some Fata regions, and large parts of Nowshera, Charsadda and Swat, people of Dera Ismail Khan were warned of a similar disaster after 400,000 to 500,000 cusecs of water discharged from the overflowing Tarbela reservoir. |
