"Domain Registry of America" - RENEWAL SCAM
If you've got a .com, .org or .net domain registered in your name then you are likely to receive a letter from the Domain Registry of America. It will look something like this.
This is a SCAM and a DECEPTION
Our advice: throw it in the bin.
The company writes to domain holders very early and hope they will assume these are official renewal notices and renew with them rather than the registrar they're already with.
